1. Customized Products
Most of our products are custom-made according to customer requirements, including design, printing, and personalization.
Therefore, customized orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
Customers are requested to carefully review all design details, spellings, and order specifications before confirming the order.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received damaged or defective, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the request, customers may be asked to provide:

After verification, we may offer a replacement or suitable solution depending on the situation.
3. Non-Custom Products
For non-customized items (if applicable), return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production or customization has started. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
